Using California Camp Watcher
By using California Camp Watcher, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account and alert information, safeguard your account, and use the service only for lawful personal purposes.
Campsite-alert service
California Camp Watcher monitors selected public campsite information and notifies you when matching availability or a scheduled release is detected. An alert is informational only. It does not reserve a campsite, guarantee that inventory remains available, or guarantee that a reservation can be completed.
California Camp Watcher and Curbly Labs LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by California State Parks, ReserveCalifornia, or their operators.
SMS alert terms
When you enter a mobile number, separately check the SMS consent box, and activate a watch, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from California Camp Watcher, a service of Curbly Labs LLC, about availability and scheduled releases for the campsites and dates you selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.

- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
You may also stop alerts for a scan by clearing its mobile number or deleting the scan. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using California Camp Watcher without text alerts. See the SMS program page for more information.
One-time purchases and watch credits
California Camp Watcher sells watch credits through one-time purchases. We do not automatically renew purchases or charge a subscription. A Single Watch credit covers one campground and date window. A Multi-Campground Watch credit covers multiple campgrounds within one park and date window. The three-watch bundle contains three Single Watch credits.
Unused credits do not expire. A credit is consumed when you activate a watch. Pausing and resuming that same watch does not consume another credit, but deleting an activated watch does not restore the credit. An activated watch cannot change parks or date windows and cannot be reused for a later trip.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us. Refund requests are reviewed for unused credits; credits that have already been activated are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or complete monitoring or delivery. Campsite information may be delayed, incomplete, or changed by its source.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Curbly Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost reservations, opportunities, data, or profits arising from use of the service.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent to gilad@curbly.io.
